It is very interesting to visit the building of the Royal Convent of The Inmaculada Concepcion. It was built in 1508 and after various reforms it becames its actual state on 18th Century. Inside you can find two interior courtyard, one of which is the orange tree courtyard where the european monarch planted the orange tres in 1985.

You can visit different expositios about art, sciences and engravings of Carmen Arozena, a famous artists born in Santa Cruz de La Palma or Bruno Brandt the german expresionist painter who lived in the island.
