HOW TO GET THERE
The airport of the Island is located in Villa de Mazo.
- Iberia Express offer direct flights from Madrid to La Palma all year round, and in about three hours you'll find on the island. More information in www.iberiaexpress.com
- There are direct flights to La Palma from European cities, german and british especially. More information in the Aena web
If you don´t achieve a direct flight from your place of origin, you always have the option to come via Tenerife (30 minutes) or Gran Canaria (45 minutes). More information in www.bintercanarias.com www.canaryfly.es
The city has the Port of Santa Cruz de La Palma.
- For travel by sea, companies such as Naviera Armas and Fred Olsen offer daily connetions from the port Los Cristianos in Tenerife. Depending on the boat the journey takes between 2,5 to 4 hours. More information in

Inside the island
From the airport there is a shuttle bus or taxi service with an approximate duration of fifteen minutes.
If you are staying in the Los Cancajos area, you can get there on foot in a journey lasting forty-five minutes or by bus (they are called guaguas in the Canary Islands) in a journey of about fifteen minutes or by taxi.
If you are staying in another municipality on the island of La Palma, you can reach Santa Cruz de La Palma by bus through Transportes Insular de La Palma.
