The local cemetery was founded the November 19, 1821 outside the city. It was extended in various moments. The funerary art is present in all kinds of graves and pantheons and represents the architecture and sculpture styles of the 19th and 20th centuries. You can find outsider personajes tomb as the expresionist painter Bruno Brandt, the lions tamer Mr. Sabas and José María Quero, husband of the Chinese writer San Mao (Chen Ping).
